Skype is a very well known VoIP application that allows mobile phone users such as SIM Free Dell Venue Pro to make phone calls over the Internet. For years they have controlled the market and are seen as the leader in the industry far ahead of any of its competitors.
Over the past few months we are seeing many of the major online companies make significant investments into areas of technology that are expected to be driving forces. Microsoft has recently announced that it has completed its purchase of Skype.
With Microsoft and the Windows phone operating system such as SIM Free HTC 7 Surround, recently launched, it is clear that they are positioning themselves to try and make a significant dent into the market share of the smart phone industry. The purchase of Skype is clearly an effort to solidify this goal by having both the user base as well as the technology that allows them to integrate the value of VoIP into their operating system Microsoft Windows phone.
The purchase price for Skype is reported to be $8.5 billion which is an awful lot of money for any company including the major ones online. The purchase price as well as timing of this announcement makes it clear to everyone that Microsoft truly intends to try and take over the industry. This coupled with some of their other partnerships recently released show that competitors need to take notice and try to combat Microsoft’s efforts by building out technology and partnerships in a similar fashion.
As a company, Skype will continue to pretty much operate under its own umbrella. All of its worldwide offices will remain separate from Microsoft and operate as usual. It will probably remain the case for the foreseeable future until Skype begins to be fully integrated into Microsoft’s plans for both the members and the technology. Will be interesting to see how this purchase affects the overall marketplace.

In this case the Nokia 800 Windows powered phone such as SIM Free Dell Venue Pro ads are popping up online.
Based on the ad, the specifications of the phone are not 100% clear but there are a few things that we were able to gather. First off is the phone appears to have an 8 megapixel camera and the design is stylish and trendy available in multiple colors. When comparing the phone to other releases by Nokia we can help to hope that the Nokia 800 will be available in the aluminum unibody design similar to the Nokia N8.
The latest buzz within the industry is that Microsoft will play a major role in the operating system market share landscape. This type of leak is typical and not surprising since many want to build buzz around upcoming phones. We set up before; Microsoft will be able to capture a good portion of the low to medium and smart phone such as SIM Free HTC 7 Surround. With their existing distribution in place for low-end phones, they simply have to upgrade the operating system of these releases to include the Microsoft Windows phone operating system.

Many of these types of releases have recently hit the newswire, it will be interesting to see how this all plays out and who comes out on top for the holiday season. It is our belief that Microsoft and their Windows phone operating system across multiple manufacturers will result in a significant market.

Microsoft
With the launch of Windows Phone 7 such as SIM Free HTC 7 Surround and the Microsoft APP marketplace, there has been an onslaught of APP submissions everyday. Is it possible to a developer to submit 10 or 20 apps per day to the marketplace? Conventional wisdom says no but that’s exactly what is happening to Microsoft at this time. The end result is quite a lot of junk apps being flooded into the store. A common trend that is being noticed is that developers are creating apps based on RSS feeds of popular websites. Sure this is not necessarily a bad thing but what happens is that more legitimate applications are being buried on the site and not easily found by users. If this type of activity keeps up, you can be sure that the user experience will be affected as a majority of the apps in the marketplace are not useful.

Microsoft has however taken notice and is putting mechanisms in place to curb the spam submissions in an attempt to maintain quality. One measure put in place is that you can only submit 10 applications per day now instead of 20. Not exactly a fix but definitely a step in the right direction. Microsoft has also warned some developers of further consequences if the app submission quality is poor. This includes suspension or removal of privileges if the developer is abusing the system. As with all new services there is the ongoing need to make changes to the system in order to make the user experience a good one. Microsoft has started to take the tight steps in that direction. It may mean fewer applications are available in the app store for mobile phone users such as SIM Free Dell Venue Pro, but the quality of those apps should be better which is much better for Microsoft in the long run.

Gartner thinks that Apple is going to remain the dominant tablet producer well into 2015. Tablets are a market that is just emerging and is really becoming one of the largest markets in the world as far as mobile technology goes. The manufacturers have flooded the market by offering a resize of town were possible, and have also continued to release new brands of tablets. Only a few have really taken off with the consumer, most notably the Apple iPad which continues to outsell most.
The company predicted that Apple will sell seven times more units
than Android in 2000 and about four times as much in 2011, three times as much in 2012 with the two coming about equal in 2016. At this time, it would be possible for Android to pass Apple in terms of the total number of tablets such as Sim Free HTC Flyer but with Apple keeping all of the profit on all of their own tablets, they will still be in the league in terms of market share. It will be an interesting future for the companies involved, as the tablet market continues to emerge and change as time goes on. They have been able to put together a good array of different options that are available to users, and it will eventually pay off. You can expect a few to really take off, with a few that will not take off quite as well. As we have seen so far, it appears to be missing or so based on the popularity of the individual project rather than the actual quality of the tablet that is released.
Apple is going to continue their dominance and if they are able to make some major moves within the industry could continue well past 2015 if what Gartner says is correct.

Kazaa was shut down some time ago for being a peer-to-peer music sharing application for sim free mobile phones such as SIM Free HTC 7 Surround. It is clear now, that even though it may have changed, that it is back in a big way. At one point it was known as a renegade file sharing service, and has been seemingly brought back on the deck. A number of legal battles and settlements were reached, and how they are able to bring the brand that. They are looking to compete with some of the other larger names in this business including Spotify and Zune which have had years to create technology while Kazaa was wrapped up in legal battles.
All you have to do is pay £6 per month and you will be able to stream as much music as you want as well is to store files locally on your computer. They said that they’re going to have a catalog that is millions of songs deep and will offer a seven day free trial subscription before the monthly fee kicks in.
It will be interesting to see if Kazaa is able to find a place within the market after having been out of it for so long. They have been able to put together a decent app, but that may not be enough for them to regain the users that they lost when they became wrapped up in all of the legal battles. The application will allow users to separate their songs by album, artist, playlist, recently downloaded songs, as well as songs that are currently being downloaded. It is a fairly basic application that provides basic features for song playing. It’ll be interesting to see how quickly this application rises in popularity as the Kazaa name is still barely relevant within the tech community, even if the music subscription service model is not a new thing at this point

Leeds researchers have stated that they believed that tout gel-based batteries are on the whole much safer and cheaper for cell phone users such as SIM Free Sony Ericsson XPERIA Arc 3G. The university said that they were able to develop a new type of polymer gel which could lead to batteries that are overall much safer and cost effective for mobile devices. They also said that the new batteries would be cheaper for companies to manufacture and much more actual than the traditional types of batteries that are lithium ion batteries used in these devices.
One of the biggest parts of this new development is that it will allow for batteries that can be shaped and bent in particular ways to allow it to fit into nearly any device. It is easy to see why this would a huge development within the mobile space. Being able to bend and shape the batteries will most definitely make it easier to utilize with many different types of devices. Companies have been having a hard time utilizing the current batteries in their devices without having to sacrifice some space, so this new design for the battery should make it a very viable option.
The University of Leeds seems adamant that this battery is better than some of the other types that are out there. The new gel style is more productive as well as being much easier to work with in terms of flexibility. The new studies sound great, but the real question now is whether or not it is viable based on the studies that they have conducted.
This would definitely be a new direction for the mobile phones such as SIM Free HTC Holiday as the current batteries that are being utilized do not provide the same benefits that are seen with these new gel-based batteries.

Everpix is technology that is going to be able to organize all of your photos for you. They will also be completely accessible to you at any point in any location. Being able to organize your photos quickly and easily and then access them at a later date is something that you should be interested in if you take a lot of photos.
You also need to take into account that this will be much easier to access than the photos that you have stored on your Facebook account. While those photos are organized in a similar way that is outlined by you, that does not mean that Facebook is able to live up to the level of organizational skills that you are able to utilize by using Everpix. The technology also was one of the finalists in the Techcrunch Disrupt competition for startup technology.
The technology is able to fetch photos from a number of online storage places as well as local galleries. Then, you could tell the technology which photos they should be moderating so that it does not utilize all of the photos that are stored on your hard drive that you may not want online. Along with Gmail integration, the new technology is able to instantly organize all of the photos that you tell it to a new easy-to-use folders that make it easy to find pictures that you have taken in the past even if you never upload them to the service yourself.
Organizing your photos online is something that many people have tried to do, but finding a solution that does it for you with something that should be greatly usable to anyone that takes a whole lot of pictures. Hopefully Everpix continues to grow after doing so well in the contest and is able to even further expand its technology to pull photos from other sources as well.

Customer satisfaction plays a huge role within the mobile industry. The company is unable to keep their customers happy; you can bet that they will be quickly losing those same customers at the end of their contract. A recent survey that was conducted by JD power and Associates has confirmed what many have already thought – that Apple is going to be leaving the top of the list in terms of customer satisfaction. On a scale of 850, 838 points as the amount that Apple received atop the list in terms of customer satisfaction. They were followed by HTC, with a customer satisfaction survey rating of 801. The industry average of all companies combined 778. The 750+ range was filled with Samsung, Motorola, RIM, which is a much lower score at 762 then you would’ve thought that they would’ve received, LG, Palm, and the lowest was Nokia with a score of 721.
The company is able to ship the smartest phones it is also able to garner the highest overall satisfaction rating among their users. This is big news for Apple, as JD power and Associates is a company that is known for providing top-of-the-line data regarding customer satisfaction.
It has become clear, as Nokia has fallen from having the largest market share in the mobile industry, and now has, according to the survey, the lowest overall level of customer satisfaction, that they have been unable to keep up with the changes within the mobile industry. The company for the longest time have the largest amount of users using their devices, but recently fell farther down the list it will certainly be interesting to see how these companies toward the bottom of the list, most notably Nokia and Research In Motion respond to the fact that their customers have not been satisfied or some of the other leaders in the industry.
