Let’s Talk About the Zune Phone
There is a lot of buzz about this new phone by Microsoft. Actually there are some people wondering why Microsoft is even attempting to release a new smart phone. Well, after months of wondering and all of the speculation, it is very safe to say that we will see this release some time this month. Insiders say that we will see the Zune phone during the Mobile World Congress that is being held in Barcelona Spain.
The smart phone will be using Tegra so we should see Nvidia with Microsoft at the unveiling. The phone is going to be utilizing the Windows Mobile 7 and integrating it with the Zune applications. What we do know is that the phone will have all of the music, videos, social networking as well as the latest browsing settings. It may even rival the unlocked Samsung T939 Behold. We also know that it it will sport a480 x 272 screen. With its light weight 2.45 ounces, and the rumored slim design, we may just have to wait until a week or two for us to see what exactly Microsoft is going to be releasing.
This is come on the heels of many months of speculation about whether or not Microsoft is going to release a new phone or just incorporate the Windows 7 mobile software. With everyone so tightlipped about what is going to be released, we can only just guess. Some say that Microsoft is going to introduce a phone to give the unlocked iPhone a run for its money. This is why Microsoft introduced Zune in the first place, to give the iPod a bit of competition. What we do know is that something big is happening at the world conference. We will just all have to sit on the edge of our seats until February 15th through the 18th for the final word to come in.
