Grandma Needs A New Unlocked BlackBerry Curve Cell Phone
Well, grandma finally has entered the age of technology. She has gotten pretty good at e-mailing and is venturing into instant messaging. If you can remember the first time you received an e-mail from her, you thought, she is much too old to learn new things. She certainly surprised us. Maybe you thought you had to recommend to her to get one of those really easy flip cell phones. You thought that she could handle such a simple item, after all, it looks just like the phone at home.
The joke is definitely on us. Grandma wants an unlocked smart phone. She wants one with those pretty touch screens like the BlackBerry Curve Unlocked cell phone. She has seen all the commercials and knows that this is the type of phone that she wants. Which one do we get her? The answer is, the cell phone for grandma is one that she will enjoy using. Maybe she will not use all of the applications and other features, but you may be surprised. Grandma loves to play games, and loves to take pictures of all of her grandchildren.
We need to take a few things into consideration. The screen needs to be large enough for her to be able to see what she is doing. Luckily, most of the smart phones have the ability to enlarge the icons as well as other items that we see on the screen. Perhaps the BlackBerry Curve will be a perfect match for her. It has wonderful features, is easy to use and takes great pictures.
We may need to teach her a few things about the phone, but surprisingly, she is a very quick learner. If we let her, grandma may actually be able to teach us a few things. We need to remember that the older population wants some of the same things that we do. We all want the newest phones, with all the great features that they offer. Grandma may even want to add her favorite social networks. She may want to do some simple browsing of the web and with a touchscreen smart phone she should be able to do this just fine. Let us not forget about our older friends and family member wanting the great new unlocked cell phones out there.
